The Journey of Raja Saab Umesh Raj Shekhawat

A Legacy of Vision, Leadership, and Service

1991
The Beginning of a Purposeful Life

Born on 1st December 1991 in the royal city of Jaipur, Rajasthan, Raja Saab grew up in a family known for its Rajput values of courage, respect, and integrity. Even as a child, he was drawn to spirituality, community service, and leadership — the three pillars that continue to guide his life today.

2008-2012
The Foundation of Knowledge

Raja Saab pursued his education with discipline and vision, completing his MBA with a focus on management, finance, and community development. These years built his foundation as a strategic thinker — blending modern education with moral values to prepare for a life dedicated to service.

2013
The Birth of Umesh Raj Developers

The first major milestone of his professional life came with the founding of Umesh Raj Developers. This initiative was born from his deep understanding of social inequality — creating affordable housing projects to empower the economically weaker sections of society. It wasn’t just about construction; it was about building dignity and opportunity for every family.

2015
Expanding Horizons

As his vision grew, Raja Saab founded The House of Umesh Raj Shekhawat, a conglomerate bringing together multiple ventures under one mission — growth with purpose. This group expanded into real estate, healthcare, information technology, finance, media, fashion, and education, becoming a force of innovation and social change. During this phase, he also established Umesh Raj Go Seva Parivar, an organization devoted to animal care and humanitarian welfare — reflecting his compassionate heart.

2017-2019
Serving Society Beyond Business

Raja Saab began translating success into social service. He personally led free medical camps, blood donation drives, and food distribution programs across Jaipur and nearby towns, ensuring healthcare and nourishment reached those who needed it most. His leadership during this time made him a symbol of empathy and action among local communities.

2019
Launch of Jan Darbar: A People’s Platform

To bridge the gap between citizens and their leaders, Raja Saab initiated the Jan Darbar — a weekly public forum held every Sunday. People from all walks of life could share their issues, concerns, and suggestions directly with him. Through this transparent and solution-oriented platform, Raja Saab rededicated himself to responsive leadership means — governance rooted in empathy.

2020
Spreading the Light of Dharma

In association with Honorable Governor Shri Kalraj Mishra, Raja Saab sponsored the Yathartha Gita Rith Path Program, spreading the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita across Rajasthan. He later distributed over 10 lakh copies of the Yathartha Geeta, making spiritual knowledge accessible to every household. This initiative was more than religious — it was about awakening moral consciousness and national unity through Sanatan values.

2020-2021
Leading Through the Pandemic

When the COVID-19 pandemic struck, Raja Saab stepped forward as a frontline leader. He organized community vaccination drives, medical aid programs, and food distribution campaigns for underprivileged families. His team ensured that no one in Jaipur’s slums and rural belts went hungry or unprotected. In a time of crisis, he proved that leadership means standing with the people — not above them.

2020-2021
Empowering the Future Generation

Believing that youth are the architects of tomorrow, Raja Saab founded the Rajsaheb Defence Academy, helping young aspirants prepare for Army, Navy, and UPSC careers. He also initiated Youth Support Rallies, promoting education, skill development, and employment. Parallelly, his businesses grew with a strong inclusion policy — where over 70% of the workforce comprises women, trained and empowered through dedicated skill programs.

2022-2023
Preserving Heritage, Celebrating Culture

Raja Saab has been deeply involved in temple restoration and construction projects across Jaipur, especially along Kalwar Road. He also supported many major cultural celebrations such as the Jaipur Kite Festival and Dandhiya Raat, helping preserve Rajasthan’s traditional art, music, and dance. For him, cultural pride and modern progress go hand in hand.

2023-2024
Vision for Economic Transformation

Raja Saab announced his goal to make his group India’s largest ethical land bank company by 2027, combining sustainability with social upliftment. With over 2,000 acres of land and ventures across nine industries, he continues to create jobs, infrastructure, and empowerment opportunities for thousands of families.

2025
Beyond – A Nation-Building Mission

Looking ahead, Raja Saab’s focus remains on nation-building through entrepreneurship, education, and ethical governance. He envisions a self-reliant India where every citizen has access to opportunity, dignity, and respect. His journey continues — inspired by faith, powered by service, and guided by his life’s belief that progress means nothing unless it uplifts others.
